When you submit a claim, vote, or argument, you’re granting us a non-exclusive right to display, share, and repurpose that content on the site and in related promotional material (e.g., a share image of a claim you voted on). You’re responsible for what you submit.

3. Not allowed

• Content that targets or harasses a specific private individual
• Illegal content, spam, or attempts to manipulate voting (bots, vote farming)
• Impersonation of real people or organizations

4. Moderation

We review submitted claims before they go live and reserve the right to remove any claim, vote, or argument that violates these terms, at our discretion, without notice.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI-generated summaries, or that any particular claim’s outcome reflects broader public opinion — it reflects the people who voted on this site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
